Weighted Pullups
5 rep max (5RM).
After warmup, perform
2 sets of 5 pullups,
then
5 sets of 5 rep pullups attempting to increase weight each set, establishing your 5RM.
Apprentice: 3RM

Recruit: 5 sets of 5 pullups. If complete all 5 unassisted, attempt 3 sets of 1RM with added weight.
